Freerider FR1 Mobility Scooter

Freerider FR 1 Mobility scooter is a new edition from the Freerider. The Luxury mobility scooter that’s rides like a car. A pleasure to drive, with looks to take pride in, plus a host of comforting safety features and hand extras. The Freerider FR1 mobility scooter is the next generation class 3 mobility scooter for anyone that takes pride in there ride.

With its radical styling and modern looks it is sure to turn heads wherever you go. Comfort is taken very seriously, with a supportive fully adjustable Captain seat as standard. There are also large 13″ pneumatic tyres with sporty alloy wheels, and a complete all round suspension system.

The tiller adjusts for height as well as reach, and has a “car steering” direct feel. Two large storage baskets attach either side of the tiller, both of which can be removed when not required. There is also a USB charging point, allowing you to charge your mobile phone, MP3 player or other device whilst you are on the move.

There is also a motorcycle style windscreen, available as an option below to repel the elements. Please see the image to the left.

Stylish lights front and back, including indicators, ensure you can see and be seen. There is also an automatic brake light. The large wheels give you enhanced off road capabilities with nearly 6″ of ground clearance, backed up by a powerful motor. The 75 a/h batteries mean a rider of over 25 miles can ride up to a staggering 25 miles between charges, dependant on the terrain covered.

Available in two striking colours, Dark Metallic Grey and Crimson Red, the FR 1 is both powerful and comfortable and a welcome addition to our range of scooters
