Free tracked UK shipping on orders over £30 — smaller orders ship from £3.95. Stocked items dispatch within 24 hours on working days; larger rides (e-bikes, e-motos) go by specialist courier with a booked delivery day.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. Start a return by emailing contact@escooterclinic.co.uk with your order number — we’ll send you the returns address and a reference.
Faulty on arrival? Don’t ride it — tell us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange collection, repair or replacement at no cost to you.
Warranty
Every new ride carries its manufacturer warranty, and because we’re a certified repair centre for several of the brands we sell, most warranty work happens right here in London instead of a slow ship-abroad process.
Our own workshop repairs are additionally covered by the Clinic’s parts-and-labour guarantee: if something we fixed fails under normal use, bring it back and we make it right.
Warranty doesn’t cover crash damage, water ingress beyond the IP rating, worn consumables (tyres, pads, grips) or DIY modifications gone wrong — though we can usually still fix those as a paid repair.

Cycle to Work Scheme

Pick your e-bike, get a quote from us, hand it to your scheme provider, and collect your ride once the voucher clears. Our team handles the paperwork with you.
Wholesale & B2B
We supply parts, accessories and complete vehicles to repair shops, rental fleets and retailers across the UK and Europe — with trade pricing, priority stock allocation and technical support from our own workshop.

Privacy Policy
We collect only the data needed to process your orders and repairs: contact details, delivery address and order history. We never sell your data. Newsletter emails go out only if you opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link that actually works.

It is each customer’s sole responsibility to ensure their vehicle is used in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. Under current UK law, privately owned e-scooters may not be used on public roads, cycle lanes or footpaths.
