First, detach the wheel by unscrewing the bolts on either side. Then, use tyre levers or a flat-head screwdriver to carefully pry the old tyre off the rim, making sure not to damage it.
Solid tyres are typically stiff, so you'll need to make the new tyre more flexible by heating it in boiling water for a few minutes. Once the tyre is pliable, align it with the rim and push it on, starting from one side and working your way around.
Check that the tyre is evenly seated and properly aligned on the rim, and then reattach the wheel, ensuring the bolts are tightened securely.
