Do I need a booking?+
Walk-ins are welcome at both workshops, but booked jobs jump the queue. Book online or ring us and we’ll slot you in.
Can I ship my ride to you?+
Yes — riders courier us scooters, EUCs and e-bike wheels from all over the UK. Package it well, include a fault description, and we’ll call you with a quote before touching anything.
How long do repairs take?+
Diagnosis within 48 hours. Most common jobs (tyres, brakes, pads) are same-day. Battery rebuilds and part orders typically run 3–7 days.
Do you use genuine parts?+
Wherever possible, yes — we’re a certified Pure Electric and Bosch repair centre and a distributor for many of the brands we service. When genuine isn’t available, we tell you exactly what we’re fitting and why.
Is my repair guaranteed?+
Every repair carries our own workshop warranty on parts and labour. If something we fixed fails, bring it back and we make it right.
