Honeycomb Solid Tyre Ninebot ES1 / 2 / 3 / 4

Imagine a perfect day for riding your scooter, cut short by a flat tyre. Disruptive, isn't it? Flat tyres can turn a dream ride into a dragging walk. A new honeycomb solid tyre is a game-changer that will solve the problem, offering a blend of puncture-free experience and bouncy comfort.

Experience the best of both worlds with the Ninebot honeycomb tyre. This innovative tyre is designed to offer the comfort of a pneumatic tyre with the puncture resistance of a solid tyre

It stands apart with its distinctive honeycomb design. The hollow sections provide an element of shock absorption similar to an air-filled tyre, resulting in a smoother ride. Yet, being solid, it eliminates the risk of flats.

Ninebot Tyre Replacement

A tyre replacement becomes necessary if your current tyre is damaged, has significant wear, or suffers from inadequate traction. While solid tyres are generally more resistant than air-filled tyres, they can still get cracked, cut, or have chunks missing.

Changes in the ride quality also indicate the need for a change. If your scooter becomes harder to steer, the ride feels unusually rough, or there's noticeable vibration, your tyre may be worn out.

Remember that solid tyres, despite their durability, can deteriorate with age. Even if they show no apparent damage, replace them after a few years of use to ensure the best performance.

Steps to Replace a Solid Tyre:

  1. Remove the wheel from the scooter by unscrewing a few bolts.
  2. Once the wheel is removed, take off the old tyre. This may require some strength, as solid tyres are quite stiff.
  3. Before installing the new tyre, check the wheel rim for any damage. A damaged rim could affect the new tyre's performance.
  4. Place the new solid tyre onto the rim. Start by fitting one side of the tyre onto the rim, then gradually fit the rest of the tyre.
  5. Once the tyre is on the rim, make sure it seats snugly against the rim without any gaps.
  6. Reinstall the wheel onto the scooter. Reconnect any parts you had to disconnect and make sure all bolts are tightened securely.
  7. After installing the new tyre, perform a test ride in a safe area to make sure everything feels right.
