The Single / Dual switch enables electric scooter users to toggle between single and dual motor modes. It allows customising the scooter's performance, speed, and hill-climbing ability based on your current needs.
The switch is compatible with most dual-motor electric scooters, including the Kugoo G-Booster, Kugoo G2 Pro, Techlife X7 and Techlife X9 among others.
If you're inexperienced with scooter maintenance, have the switch installed by a professional service technician from our workshop.
For convenience, mount the panel on the handlebars. Switching between the motors is intuitive: press an easy-to-locate button.
Using only one motor will extend your scooter's range by reducing energy consumption. If you opt for dual motors, you'll benefit from quicker acceleration and more power when tackling hills.
Before setting off, ensure the switch is properly installed. If the scooter is unresponsive when you attempt to change modes or both motors are operating simultaneously in Single mode, it means that something is not working correctly.

It's a beautiful day, and you're ready to enjoy it. However, when you reach for your electric scooter, you notice the battery is completely drained despite overnight charging. Now, your plans are at risk and you need to find a solution.
You're navigating the roads on your Kugoo G-Booster, when, suddenly, a cyclist swerves in front of you. You instinctively squeeze the left brake lever, and your scooter responds with a stop, but doesn’t react as smoothly as it should.
This cable links the brake lever to the rest of the brake system. A simple squeeze on the lever sends the command down. This action makes the calliper clamp onto a disc, and voilà, your scooter halts.
