The inner tube within the tyre offers an extra layer of cushioning, soaking up the bumps and jolts of the road. It not only improves your comfort but also protects vulnerable electrical components: motor, battery and controller.
On-road tyres, as the name suggests, are best suited for smooth, paved roads, making them an ideal choice for commuting.
They feature a less aggressive tread pattern compared to off-road tyres, delivering excellent rolling efficiency on concrete or asphalt surfaces.
The lack of larger knobs on the tyre tread also leads to less noise production, contributing to a quieter ride.
Remove the wheel from the scooter's frame and deflate the old tyre if there is any pressure left. Using a tyre lever or a flat-head screwdriver, pry the old tyre off the wheel rim. Be careful not to damage the rim. Once the tyre is off, remove the old inner tube.
Place the new inner tube inside the new tyre. Push one side of the tyre onto the rim, then proceed with the other side. This can be tricky—you may need to use a tyre lever to help you.
Once the tyre and tube are on the rim, inflate them using an air pump to 45 PSI. Be careful not to over-inflate. Place the wheel back on the scooter, making sure that it’s aligned correctly. Replace the bolts and tighten them.

This cable links the brake lever to the rest of the brake system. A simple squeeze on the lever sends the command down. This action makes the calliper clamp onto a disc, and voilà, your scooter halts.
